Welcome to the My Nostalgia Zone!

Welcome to my nostalgia zone!

I think it's safe to say that shows today aren't the same as it was back in 00s. We didn't have the convenience of streaming shows on our mobile devices, data charges were a dangerous game, and humor was better (in my opinion)

So here's a list of shows I would ALWAYS rewatch (whether they're good or not) when I'm feeling nostalgic and just want to go back to the good ol' days.

The Vampire Diaries

If I were to NOT compare the Twilight movie franchise and the logic for vampires and wolves, I think this would make more sense and not make you go 'huh?' The chemistry, emotion, storyline, cliffhangers....YES, YES, YES, and YES.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vampire Diaries
Hannah Montana

A series about how a normal teenager leads a double-sided life, morning - student, night - pop star. With a supportive dad, a hilarious brother, and goofy best friends, what could go wrong?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hannah Montana
Gilmore Girls

A story about a single mother raising her young daughter in a small town: the struggles and romance obstacles, it's a mess and so raw when it comes to family challenges. Would recommend it as background sound so you aren't frustrated.

Wizard of Waverly Place

I am a huge fan of Disney Channel. It was the program I grew up watching when I was in Malaysia and it kept me sane after I had left the US. I loved the character growth and sibling dynamic between Alex, Justin, and Max. The storyline was great and hilarious. If you're looking for a chill, laid-back, no-brainer show, this would be a good one!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How I Met Your Mother

Despite how it ended, I still loved the storytelling of each episode. Especially Barney, a guy who was playing around but slowly got over his commitment issues and grew up. The backstory for all of them and they came together was a hilarious journey to be part of.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HIMYM
Buffy the Vampire Slayer

I was very annoyed at this show at first because of all the twists and turns. I also sort of dislike shows with really bad quality in the beginning. Not their fault since the technology wasn't as good back then, I was just annoyed. The storyline was frustrating but I loved the side characters.

⭐️⭐️⭐️

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The Big Bang Theory

I'm not a science person so most of the time I didn't understand the terminology used but I loved the character growth of a physicist with social apathy who frequently belittles his friends. The dynamic within this group of friends were enjoyable.

Modern Family

I can't say how many times I've rewatched this because it is the best show that I've watched. Three different families, three different stories. And every family had its individuality and struggles. I loved how relatable it was and how hard I can laugh from just one episode.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That's So Raven
Glee

A psychic daughter who always misinterprets her visions and accidentally causes mischieve in school. Another no-brainer, funny, family-related, and fun show to watch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not going to lie, it was great the first few seasons, but afterwards it just sort of went downhill. However, I watch this when I'm missing my days in Malaysia when I was in college there. I remember being so addicted to their show because of the covers they would sing to and the excitement to be part of a Glee Club was real.
