Aid in devloping new products and brand launch strategy - launch plan, positioning, internal design process, merchandising

Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify new product opportunities suitable for each unique brand (Believe Beauty and Root to End)

Helping manage promotional calendar for socials - Instagram - for each brand (Believe Beauty, Root to End, Koze Place) ranging from nail, hair, skin and fragrance category

Participate in brainstorming for brand names and product names for new innovations

Work closely with in-house design studio and operations team on artwork process including routing and proofreading

Creating briefs for new products to be presented/created - aligning with brand's tone/engagement, timing of product launch, and retailer feedback

Coordinating influencer sendout - mailer card design, box design, cost optimization, assortment order, and send out)

Creating and implementing questionnaires using Suzy Survey platform that speak directly to consumers to gain consumer insight and measure client satisfaction
Upkeeping Believe Beauty website to increase SEO and easy research navigation - products are categorized accurately with relevant tags, asset library is updated with new release, SEO and URL match product description
