Act as steward of the Pandora brand that supports our brand promise, vision, position, and architecture while achieving our overall business goals

Conduct research to analyse competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analysing data

Support the Brand Marketing Manager by assisting in the evaluating of marketing strategies by assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations

Assisting in creating assets around communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to cross functional teams while providing instructions for promotion or use

Planning and managing conferences, events and meetings by assembling requirements and working directly with partners

Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed

Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing

Maintain global brand integrity while shaping and communicating the North American vision and mission into plans and go to market strategies

Liaison with Global marketing counterparts in other countries/regions to share best practices and collaborate on campaign planning/activations.

Assist in organization of the localization/creative development of all campaign assets for North America

Develop creative guidelines and templates for local market initiatives that align with global strategy

Demonstrate collaboration across multiple marketing disciplines including media, promotion, public relations, coop advertising, digital, in store, and creative services

Assist Brand Marketing Manager by producing communication around product distribution, consumer reactions and business performance, guiding corrective actions when trading is below forecast

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs to guide the development of future campaigns

Lead the cross-channel marketing strategy for Pandora’s partnership programs, including, but not limited to, Klarna, Afterpay and our Pandora Credit Card
